BLB has over 16 years’ experience in the Traded Endowment Policy field and works on behalf of several large market makers.

We undertake all the legal aspects of buying and selling second-hand endowment policies. Our aim is to obtain and register a good and clear title to the policy and we guarantee to pass on such a title to a prospective buyer.

We also run a Premium Management Account for the benefit of policy buyers who wish to pay all premiums to maturity in advance. We arrange with the life office to convert the payment of premiums to an annual basis and then pay premiums annually until maturity.

In addition to our significant experience in this field, you can rest assured that our activities are independently audited and fully controlled by the Law Society. We are also required by law to maintain insurance for our clients in the unlikely event that a claim of negligence arises.
